standards. Our item(s) do not leave our warehouse unless they pass our
strict product inspections. We insure all of our products are brand new
and in perfect working order. If you find that your product is defective
in anyway, please contact one of our support staff to discuss the
issue. We do not accept or handle any returns without prior discussion
and arrangement.
LaViva Blue DOES NOT offer a money-back guarantee. All
purchases are final. If a return has been authorised, you must return
the product(s) with the original packaging, original owner's manuals,
warranty card and any included accessories, remote control, and/or power
cords that came with the product. Due to health and safety regulations,
we do not accept/handle products which have been used. All returns will
be at the sender's expense. LaViva Blue values customer service. We have found the best
way to resolve any inquiries is by phone. We do not accept any returned
product unless it has been authorised by one of our support staff. To
